HealthCare Anytime’s PHR solution is a secure web-based solution hosted at our data center that provides an easy to use repository for health information such as medications used, allergic information, test results, emergency contact information, and personal and/or family health history.

Whether the information is entered by the patient or is populated by an external healthcare information system, it is securely stored but readily available to enhance delivery of healthcare services.

The PHR site leads the patient in entering information using easy to use methods including diagrams and drop-down lists. Included are an immunization checker and BMI calculator. After entering this information, the patient can print all or part of their medical history or save it to a USB key to take with them for a medical appointment or have on hand in case of an emergency. Patients can also grant online access to their information to healthcare providers.

The PHR also encourages patient involvement in their healthcare and gives them access while on vacation or traveling to such information as immunizations or prescriptions.
